Help Write Oregon History

Sign the petition for IP-26.
Or donate an hour of your time to make Oregon’s elections “free and equal”.

You must be an active Oregon voter to sign! Register to vote or check your registration

The petition is a two-sided document that must be certified by a “circulator” even if you are the only person signing the sheet (in which case you are also the circulator). A short training is required for all circulators to ensure conformity to Oregon election law.

Download the six-page Volunteer Packet. Print double-sided on standard white paper, size 8½ x 11 inches. Be sure that the entire petition sheet fits on the page (e.g. select “Scale to Fit” in the print menu). If you don’t have a printer, request a copy by sending an email to info@alloregonvotes.org.

Complete the Volunteer Circulator Training sheet. Then use a pen to legibly write your full signature on the Petition Signature Sheet the same way as on your driver’s license. Other information is not strictly required but helps the verification process.

If you have an hour or so to volunteer, gather additional signatures and recruit additional volunteers as suggested in the Volunteer Circulator Guide. You can also print additional 2-sided petition sheets from pages 5 & 6 of the Volunteer Packet.

When finished gathering signatures, complete the "Circulator Certification” section of each Petition Sheet with your full signature, the current date in MM-DD-YY format, and your printed name and address. Please leave the ‘Sheet Number’ line blank. Promptly mail the completed Volunteer Circulator Training Sheet and Petition Signature Sheets with proper postage to:
